A life driven by anxiety causes suffering. So much suffering, in fact, that sometimes we just can't see a way out. We end up feeling out of control, uncertain, and directionless, struggling to find our footing.

While life is full of things to be anxious about, we can actually learn how to manage anxiety. Through the use of ACT, IFS, Mindfulness, and other modalities, I offer you a different way to experience your anxiety while decreasing it's hold on you. We focus on learning to care for yourself, aligning your actions with your values, and rediscovering a purpose-filled life.
